Job Description: Thermal Engineer (Aviation and Aerospace - Aeronautical Engineering)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Thermal Engineer to join our Aviation and Aerospace team. As a Thermal Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing thermal systems and components used in aircraft and aerospace applications. Your expertise in thermal management will be crucial in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of our products.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop thermal systems and components for aircraft and aerospace applications, considering factors such as heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics.
2. Conduct thermal analyses, simulations, and modeling to predict and optimize thermal performance of various systems.
3. Perform thermal testing and validation of components and subsystems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, project managers, and technicians, to integrate thermal solutions seamlessly into overall system designs.
5. Identify and evaluate innovative technologies and materials to enhance thermal management capabilities.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Thermal Engineer in the aviation and aerospace industry, preferably in the field of aeronautical engineering.
3. Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and related principles.
4. Proficiency in thermal analysis tools such as ANSYS, Fluent, or similar software.
5. Hands-on experience in conducting thermal testing, analysis, and validation.
6. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to thermal management in aviation and aerospace.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
